BOOKINGS/DEPOSIT

We Love Platters is a small business and bookings are subject to availability. To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit with full payment due 7 days before event set up.

Ordering of Grazing tables – we do not offer refunds for grazing tables, however if we have 60 days’ notice we can look at rescheduling another date.

Platters – we request at least 7 days’ notice for the cancellation of any platters.


SUBSTITUTIONS

We Love Platters reserves the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your order will be confirmed by an order acknowledgement immediately by e-mail so please ensure you check receipt of your order acknowledgement. If your order acknowledgement is incorrect or you have not received it within an hour of placing your order, please call us immediately as errors cannot be rectified later. We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for queries and advice.

DELIVERIES

All orders will be delivered to the main reception area within your premises/company. Deliveries for events can be made 7 days a week (excluding Public Holidays unless agreed by prior arrangement). Delivery will be between 12-4 unless there has been specific arrangement made. Whilst not guaranteed we will endeavour to deliver to you within this time slot

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by account subject to confirmation of account opening, electronic transfer, PayPal, credit card or debit card.


PRICES

Due to fluctuations in market prices We Love Platters reserves the right to revise its prices at any time. 


CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be logged with us by email to hello@weloveplatters.co.uk  within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.


REJECTED ORDERS

Orders may be rejected if the official order form is not used or if the information supplied is insufficient or incorrect.


DIETARY/ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES

All of our grazing tables and platters are a mix of British seasonal produce. From farmhouse charcuterie, artisan cheeses, dips, crackers, nuts, dark chocolate, seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruits and olives.

The products we provide are subject to availability and what is in season.

It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies and we will try and make every effort to cater accordingly.

Whilst we will endeavour to comply with any notification of someone with an allergy to specific products we cannot guarantee that our foods or products either contain or have not come into contact with, anything that may trigger an allergic reaction and therefore do not accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions.

Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds & Soya are all handled in our kitchen.

FOOD AND PRODUCE

We Love Platters recommend that all food should be consumed within 2 – 4 hours of set up. After which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. We Love Platters are not responsible for the disposal of food waste post event. All of our fresh produce will be monitored and refrigerated in transit to your event (Below 8 degrees). Fresh produce should be displayed in a cool dry environment for a maximum of 3 hours after which it is your responsibly to keep the food monitored.
